¿Se imagina cuando su supermercado pueda mejorar, continuamente, en una de las áreas más poco vertiginosas? ¿Se imagina cuando en sus dominios, usted pueda observar la moneda por ambos costados? A lo mejor le estoy hablando sandeces; no obstante, su correo electrónico me ha llegado porque existen personas que requieren hablarle a usted, como máximo timonel de su organización.
En esta acción, yo me he adscrito a una de las pilastras (blogs) que tratamos de manejar para decantar información que circunda el área de los supermercados. Al estar en un área no exclusiva del retail, nos abocamos a los procesos laborales backoffice. Siendo aquello muy nutritivo y decidor en el desempeño de los supermercadistas.
Ahora nuestra labor es indicarle que existen muchas variables a considerar mientras su organización está en un proceso de adecuación a la aceleración de los procesos, robustecimiento de las labores y eliminación de la fricción entre los contactos cliente proveedor. Siendo éste punto muy gravitante en dos Unidades Estratégicas de Negocios pertenecientes a su cadena.
En específico hablamos de la unidad de El Monte y la unidad de Talagante Plaza. En ellas nos hemos concentrado y existen varios elementos que hacen de estas dos unidades, puntos de máxima fricción y aletargamiento de los procesos de provisión y recepción de mercaderías. Tenemos muchos puntos para destacar; no obstante, en esta oportunidad, la observación está enfocada en los tres recepcionistas de San Francisco El Monte y la Recepcionista (sección lácteos) de San Francisco Talagante Plaza.
Nos gustaría invitarlo para que observara, en detalle, y de una forma muy discreta nuestras indicaciones, ya que la intención es aumentar la eficiencia y disminuir el roce entre proveedor y cliente en los proceso de recepción, de supermercados con gran potencial de crecimiento y expansión. Esperanzados para que no se arrastren procesos e individuos que mantienen a la organización en el retraso.
Esperando servir a todos los que nos han hecho llegar sus inquietudes y poder aportar al mejoramiento de procesos y clima laboral, nos despedimos.
